These new features are designed to empower small businesses by allowing them to focus on strategy, creativity, and building customer relationships, rather than mundane tasks. The newly introduced AI capabilities will be available in the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Commerce Hub. HubSpot emphasizes the need for businesses to operate as hybrid teams where AI acts as an enabler, allowing employees to engage in higher-value activities.
